Today I have a healthy super easy recipe for you that’s delicious and guilt free as as a snack, in a sandwich or on top of a salad! 

It’s proof that you can enjoy your meals while eating a “clean” and healthy diet.

The bonus of eating healthy whole foods is that you feel great AFTER your meals, too – instead of weighed down and blah.

This recipe literally comes together in just a couple of minutes.

The Greek yougurt add a surprising richness to this tuna… that is why I prefer full-fat Greek yogurt in this, but you can use low-fat if that’s what you have on-hand.

Curry Tuna Salad

Ingredients

2 cans tuna

¼ cup plain Greek yogurt

2 teaspoons mustard

1 tsp curry powder

1 apple, peeled and diced

Dash of salt and pepper

 

Directions

  1.  Drain tuna and put in a medium bowl
  2. Mash with a fork
  3. Mix in yogurt and mustard and mix to combine.
  4. Add remaining ingredients, toss to combine.
